Welcome to Zen Chaos
A group of gamers friends that started a community advocating for a lifestyle that includes mental and physical health. A place where we want to talk about all the things that normally make our gamer hearts happy like games and movies. At the same time, we also saw things that started to disproportionally affect our online friends. So we got together and created this site to promote life balance through discussing things like health and wellness, and traveling. Our aim is not to discourage gaming as a hobby, just to include other topics to watch, encourage, and discuss aspects of our life to help keep us balanced. We found that by building a healthy mindset we were able to break negative habits and stereotypes through positive discussions about the topics we love, and some that took some getting used to, like exercise and mental health issues. So we want to encourage everyone visiting to enjoy the articles and we hope to see you in some of our favorite games!!
